The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate John R. Thune, Friends of John Thune, refunded $700 to Kelby K. Krabbenhoft on May 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Friends of John Thune has refunded $2,500 total since Dec. 1, 2020.
