City of Harrisburg Offering Public Tours of Water Reclamation Facility
HARRISBURG, SD, June 2022 – The City of Harrisburg is offering public tours of the Water Reclamation Facility located at 47629 274th Street, Harrisburg, SD 57032.
The facility has been operational since August 2021 and a ribbon cutting ceremony was held in October 2021. The public is invited to attend an informational tour of the facility led by the Water Reclamation Facility Supervisor.
Interested participants should RSVP no later than one hour before the tour starts. Tours will begin promptly at the time listed. Please arrive at least five minutes beforehand to get checked in. Participants are required to wear close toed shoes. Accessibility outside of the buildings may be limited. Please contact Larry if you require additional assistance. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be listed on the City’s website and Facebook page.
