A new Ace Hardware store in Parker will celebrate its grand opening Friday through Sunday.

Located at 1105 E 6th St., the new Parker store will provide home maintenance enthusiasts with the tools they need for their next DIY project, according to an Ace Hardware press release.

"The store has been designed to reflect the needs of the Parker community, including solutions to everyday home maintenance needs, as well as an extensive array of high-quality products in categories such as paint, and lawn and garden," Ace officials said in the release.

Ace Hardware has been around for 90 years, with 5,500 stores around the world, according to the release.

“Our mission is to provide customers with the neighborly advice and assistance they have come to expect from Ace,” said Parker Ace Hardware. “We look forward to becoming a helpful and valuable neighbor to the community, both inside and outside the walls of our store.”

In 2014, J.D. Power ranked Ace Hardware No. 1 in client satisfaction for its eighth consecutive year, according to the release.

"The store is packed with thousands of essential products and supplies, including some of the most respected brand names and best-selling items to help people take care of their homes," Ace officials said, according to the release. "Key product offerings include paint, lawn and garden, hardware, electrical, plumbing, automotive and home décor, as well as niche products such as Yeti, Scotts, STIHL, Big Green Egg, Milwaukee, Ben Moore, Traeger and Weber."

Ace is headquartered in Oak Brook, Ill. There are 14 distribution centers located in the U.S., and international distribution centers are located in Shanghai, China; Panama City, Panama; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
