The City of Harrisburg is migrating to a new billing system, and as a result:
-February bills were sent out late.
-Automatic payments that you have set up will no longer be active.
The customer portal for the new billing system is expected to be live in the next two weeks. We will post another notice when customers can access the new portal through the website and set up a new auto-pay or make a one-time payment.
No late fees will be assessed in February, March, and April to allow residents and customers to transition to the new system.
