Local Board of Equalization
The Local Board of Equalization will meet on March 20th at 6pm at the Crooks Community Center (701 S West Ave, Crooks, SD). If you wish to appeal your property assessment to the local board, you must provide written notice by March 16th at 5pm.
A form PT17 must be completed, which can be obtained at the municipal office or online at https://sddor.seamlessdocs.com/f/PT17.
We strongly encourage you to provide written notice as soon as possible, as well as submit PT17 as soon as possible as well. Notice can be provided electronically by emailing fo@crookssd.org.
