Heidi Vortherms, former Roosevelt High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, May 16 in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Roosevelt High School standout Heidi Vortherms’ current collegiate team the West Texas A&M Buffaloes lost 1-5 against the UT Tyler Patriots in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Irwin Field at 5:30 p.m. and was the third matchup against the UT Tyler Patriots in the tournament.

The West Texas A&M Buffaloes’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 5:30 p.m. at Irwin Field.
