Thursday, March 20: Roosevelt High School standout Marcus Phillips’ college team loses to Alabama Crimson Tide

On Thursday, March 20, former Roosevelt High School standout Marcus Phillips’ current college team, the Tennessee Volunteers, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Alabama Crimson Tide.

The game took place at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Crimson Tide this season.

The Volunteers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Sewell-Thomas Stadium against Alabama Crimson Tide.
