Roosevelt High School standout Heidi Vortherms’ college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Friday, March 21

On Friday, March 21, former Roosevelt High School standout Heidi Vortherms’ current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 10-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Angelo State Rams.

The game took place at Schaeffer Park. This was their first matchup against the Rams this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Schaeffer Park against Angelo State Rams.
