On Saturday, April 12, former Roosevelt High School standout Ben Irsfeld’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 16-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Bemidji State Beavers.

The game took place at Bowyer Field. This was their second matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12:30 p.m. at Bowyer Field against Bemidji State Beavers.
