Thursday, March 13: Roosevelt High School standout Heidi Vortherms’ college team wins to Sul Ross Lobos

On Thursday, March 13, former Roosevelt High School standout Heidi Vortherms’ current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 7-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Sul Ross Lobos.

The game took place at Lobo Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Lobos this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at UTPB Softball Park against Texas–Permian Basin Falcons.
