On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Roosevelt High School standout Heidi Vortherms’ college team won in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Roosevelt High School standout Heidi Vortherms’ current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the St. Mary's Rattlers.

The game took place at Schaeffer Park. This was their first matchup against the Rattlers this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 3 p.m. at Schaeffer Park against St. Mary's Rattlers.
