Street Closure – Eighth Street

Beginning on Monday, June 5, 2023, East Eighth Street will be closed between North Weber Avenue and North Nesmith Avenue. Traffic will be detoured around the closure.

Alliance Construction will be working on utilities. The work is expected to be complete in a week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Grange Avenue

Beginning on Monday, June 5, 2023, the southbound lane on South Grange Avenue will be closed, just south of West 18th Street. Southbound traffic will be shifted to the center-turn lane.

Henry Carlson Company will be unloading precast panels for Sanford. The work is expected to be complete in two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
