The City of Harrisburg and Stockwell Engineers will be holding a public open house to discuss the Legendary
Estates Stormwater improvements Project. Please attend if you wish to learn more about the City’s project which will improve stormwater capacity in the Legendary Estates subdivision by reconfiguring the detention pond outfall, overexcavating the existing detention pond and upsizing storm sewer pipes.
